Folks, it was easier and faster for me to fly in the Ireland, open a company, make it operational and keep flying there on weekends than to just open a company in Spain. When I asked the business advisor about the Spanish regulations and how to work there, he just said "don't".
it is not a question of taxes, it is about regulatory environment. In Spain even before you open the company you already owe money to everyone, and there is a hundred supervisors from every possible agency to demand payment. Honestly, the amount of red tape is stuggering. Spain ranks 136th in the world for ease of starting a business, according to the World Bank and International Finance Corporation. It is literally easier to start business in Nigeria or Gabbon.
