bad religion por mucho q digan son los precursores del hardcore melodico, hay q oirlos en directo para notar la diferencia.
punk... punk son las escoriazas inglesas Uk SUbs, Exploited, y demas hospedas... que si bien , ami me gustan...solo hasta cierto punto.

el tema punkrock...pues pa mi punkrockers... si tenemos en cuenta el concepto de musica Rock mezclada con el punk ..... grupos españoles como Error Fatal, incluso Transfer... reincidentes, para mi reincidentes, algunos de sus temas son punkrock.... (no le tomeis muy enserio).

q mas.... el emo, es la mayor verguenza q ha parido madre y la gente q lo escucha merecen una lobotomizacion,

luego esta el hardcorepunk (bajaos algo de MAIRROLLOSNOUTA o de Cementerio Show o de KDK) , luego el punkcore..... de estos ultimos para mi el mayor exponente español son los Etsaiak.

A, sí, me refiero a ese tipo de grupos: LPR, Eskorbuto, Asto pituak, Cocadictos, los espasmodicos, eskupitajo 100%, kortatu, vulpess, kasparrata, ardatxo, y los ke más los costrosos, tipo petra de fenetra.

Si quereis os subo algo de esos grupos, o tambien puedo poner una lista con toda la musica que tengo (que es mucha).

Recomiendo el recopilatorio "Viva la punk" (Sí, esta bien escrito, es viva LA punk). Todo punk ochentero en la onda de KGB, la polla,eskorbuto, interterror.....

1.- Intentaba unificar criterios en cuanto a Punk y PunkRock. Si ya empezamos con HardCore, Hardcore Melódico, Punkore y demás etiquetas que se inventan los plumillas modeLnos del NME, RDL, etc... vamos a acabar hablando de Sonic Youth y su white-noise-hard-punk-melódico-newbeatacid :lol:

2.- A mediados de los '80 salió en cinta de casette un recopilatorio de punk español: "¿Punk? ¿Qué punk?". La portada era un coño abierto en primer plano con un imperdible a modo de piercing.
Hace unos años se edito dicho recopilatorio pero con otra portada: una rata muerta sobre un montón de basura.
Si no lo tenéis o lo queréis lo subo.

3.- En su día me compré el primer disco de La Polla Records (EP 7" "¿Y ahora qué?"). Hace unos años compré la edición en CD y está peor grabado que el disco. Suena peor que una grabación del propio vinilo original (pero estropeado), suena mucho más bajo, etc...
Desconozco si ha salido, desde entonces, alguna otra reedición de dicho EP/CD ¿Sabéis algo?

Joder, os dejais la mejor de los inventores del NO FUTURE: Los Sex Pistols y su "God Save the Queen".
No la subo porque no tengo cuenta en yousendit ni ningún sitio de esos, pero os pongo la letra y la traducción para que no os quejeis (encontrar la canción en el e-mule o similares es muy fácil).
Os recomiendo que busqueis un poco de su historia, eran una pandilla de colgaos y os partireis el jatel (con la historia de la carroza en el carnaval de Londres, o su intervención en la hasta entonces puritana televisión inglesa).

para mi los clash no son punk, musicalemnte hablando, se les fue de las manos la tonteria. puede y digo puede, ya q los conozco muy por encima, su musica nunca me ha encandilado, que fueran de los primeros en hacer un "punk inteligente" un punk con contenido social ... no me hagais mucho caso.

Politics
Like many early punk bands, The Clash protested against the monarchy and the aristocracy in the U.K. and around the world. However, unlike many early punk bands, The Clash rejected the overall sentiment of nihilism. Instead, they found solidarity with a number of liberation movements going on at the time. Their politics were expressed explicitly in their lyrics, in early recordings such as "White Riot," which encouraged disaffected white youths to become politically active like their black counterparts, "Career Opportunities," which expressed discontent over the lack of jobs in the U.K., while "London's Burning," vented at political complacency.

In one instance in 1978, at a Rock Against Racism show, organized by the Anti-Nazi League, Strummer wore a controversial t-shirt bearing the words "Brigate-Rosse" with the Red Army Faction (Baader-Meinhof) insignia in the middle. He later said in an interview that he wore the shirt not to support the left-wing terrorists factions in Germany and Italy, but to bring attention to their existence. Still, he felt bad after the show, prompting him to write the song "Tommy Gun," renouncing violence as a means of protest.

The Clash offered some support to the Sandinista and other Marxist movements in Latin America (hence the title of their 1981 album, Sandinista!). They were involved directly with the Anti-Nazi League and Rock Against Racism.

By the time of the December 1979 album London Calling, the Clash were trying to "square the circle" of maintaining punk energy while developing increasingly musicianly chops. They were especially wary of their own emerging stardom: they always welcomed fans backstage after shows and showed open-mindness, genuine interest and compassion in their relationships with them.

The title of London Calling evokes American radio newsman Edward R. Murrow's catchphrase during World War II, and the title song announces that "...war is declared and battle come down..." It warns against expecting them to be saviours — "... now don't look to us / Phoney Beatlemania has bitten the dust..." — draws a bleak picture of the times — "The ice age is coming, the sun's zooming in / Engines stop running, the wheat is growing thin" — but calls on their listeners to come out of their drugged stupor and take up the fight without constantly looking to London, or to The Clash themselves, for cues — "Forget it, brother, we can go it alone... Quit holding out and draw another breath... I don't wanna shout / But while we were talking I saw you nodding out..." — finally asking, "After all this, won't you give me a smile?"

The Clash are generally credited with founding the roots of punk rock in liberal protest, and were known as the "Thinking Man's Yobs" by many for their politically astute take on the world. It should be noted that they were never driven entirely by money. Even at their peak, tickets to shows and the prices of souvenirs were kept reasonable. Similarly, the group insisted that CBS retail their double and triple album sets London Calling and Sandinista! for the price of a single album each (then £5), succeeding with the former and compromising with the latter by agreeing to sell it for £5.99 and forfeit all their royalties on its first 200,000 sales. These "VFM" (Value For Money) principles meant that they were constantly in debt to CBS, and didn't start to break even until around 1982
