Court's 'binding precedent' facilitates non-White residency, homosexuality

STUTTGART - A German court has granted asylum to a gender-dysphoric woman from Iran on the grounds that her determination to commit homosexual acts would make her unpopular in her homeland and could lead to prosecution there.
Declaring that its ruling set a binding precedent for similar cases, the Administrative Court of Stuttgart decided to let the 27-year old Iranian stay in Germany. The granting of asylum is, in effect, a license for her to commit homosexual acts on German soil.
The woman, whose name was not released to the press, has lived in Germany since September 2003. She applied for asylum, saying she could face execution if she returned to Iran because homosexual acts violate Iran's criminal code.
