I've heard that Italian-Americans are more racist than Italians, especially Southern Italians. I've met a few Italian-Americans that were not racist (from what I could tell), but most of the ones I come across, be they full Italian-American or mixed with something else, even black sometimes, have a certain attitude towards blacks.
I've heard that there is a population of men in Italy that adores the black woman.
Spaniards can be racist, but it depends what part of the country you are in, as well as the type of Spaniard you're dealing with. Spaniards are also very nationalist, and sometimes this is confused for racism.
You'd think that in places were the African/Moor/Gypsy ancestry is more evident among the physical traits of the people, like in Andalusia and Seville, that racism would be less. But it's not always the case. There is racism and love for black people sprinkled throughout the country.
However, the most racist parts of the country are where Basque nationals live, Basque Country, like in north Spain closer to France. Basque people are Nordic Caucasian and very proud of their heritage/culture/traditions. The Basque people are responsible for the Inquisition.
You'll find a lot of blacks living in Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona, Seville, the Balleric Islands and Aragon. Also, a number of blacks live in British National dominated places like Murcia.
The Gypsies were once more embracing of blacks, but over the past half century, that's changed. The Gypsies are trying to retain their identity and culture, so many tend to voluntary isolate themselves socially from other groups these days. At the same time, they are fighting for equal treatment/status in society. Gypsies are regard lower than Blacks, in general, believe it or not. And this is tied to their unwillingness to culturally assimilate with the rest of Spain, and the rest of the world.
Spain also has a lot of recent Arab immigrants. There were so many coming in during the beginning of the 2010s that Spain put a quote, and halt, to immigration from certain Arab nations like Morocco. It didn't help that many Moroccans were expressing, via graffiti, organized crime and the suddenly emerged rape culture of random women of any race, that they wanted re-take Spain. They were spray painting things like Al-Adalus on building structures all over Spain. At one point they were targeting teenage black girls who lived in the country sides, verses the city, to rape. This is the reason why traveling to Gibraltar alone is no longer safe for women, not even a group of women. You now have to show your documents when traveling through Gibraltar to cross into Morocco. In previous decades, you could simply walk through without papers.
Berber people were the first nation people of Spain, and those Berber people mixed with Arab and Afro-Arab types way before Moorish rule. So among the native population in Spain there is recognition and/or adoration of this fact. But the Inquisition is still live and well in Spain. They don't openly/readily embrace the ancient ancestral links to African people. There is a library in Southern Spain that still holds ancient records that link certain families with Moorish bloodlines. People have been fighting to keep those records sealed. Oh, and privacy is a big thing in Spain, more so than it is here in the U.S.
I was listening to Mixed Chicks Chat a few years ago, and one of the hosts, who is half black and half Norwegian, said she did an exchange program as a student in Northern Spain and was stoned, insulted, and chased by whites. This is what she looks like:

Granted, her hair is naturally curly (in the chat show she said it was frizzier back then).
I know a girl who is half West African and half Spaniard (in aesthetics she more like Halle Berry or Jada Pinkett Smith) and her father is from Northern Spain and is ethnic Basque. And she's not one of the people whose a product of a one night stand. Her father actually married her mother, help raised her and is still part of her life. I know black people who have lived their whole lives in Spain and have social circles of white people and appear to have blended well with the people.
A relative of mine (in looks they are more like Serena Williams in face structure, and Kerry Washington in complexion) just married a white Spaniard who looks more Basque than not (as opposed to looking more Andalusian like Victoria Beckham or George Clooney). That relative's grandfather was white Spaniard. Another of my relatives (who is more like Isaiah Washington and Eldris Alba in aesthetics) married a Spain born Arab-looking person of Spanish (a mixture of Basque and non-Basque), Algerian, Moroccan (Berber/Arab) and Italian ancestry. I know of quite a few cases of Spaniard/black intermarriage and blending of families. And the whites they've married are, and have ancestry, from all over Spain.
So, I don't know, you just have to find the people who really adore/respect you.
However, in Spain, compared to other European countries, there is a more lack of native-born (by birth or by bloodline) people of African descent represented in the media and entertainment industries. They do seem to favor Black imports (South African, Black British and African-Americans, for example) over their native Blacks. However, the white Spanish affluent are still afraid of 'Moorish/Black' rule which is why they put a cap on immigration for people from North African and other Arab countries.
The British monarchy doesn't want this either. Most of the tourist areas of Coastal Southeast Spain as well as the Southern coast of Spain, near Gibraltar, are dominated commercially by white British nationals. Spain won't grant them citizenship and harass them because there is also fear of British dominance in Spain -meaning dilution/loss of Spanish nationalism (which is happening, anyway, via globalism). They started enforcing that people in those areas speak and do business in Spanish because English started becoming the dominant language in that region.
The British really own Gibraltar, not the Spaniards or the Moroccans. During the colonial era, it was the British Monarchy who imported people of Nordic bloodline to Morocco to whiten the population of Berber/Arab people because they were 'too dark'. And today's prominent people of Morocco sway towards the more Anglo of features, including the Monarchy/Leaders of the country. The Monarchy of Britain, Spain and Morocco are all related. The prominent Afro-Berber and indigenous population of Morocco, the Saharui, got pushed off into what is now know as Western Sahara away from the Spain/Britain/Moroccan border. Saharui don't even have full control of their country and are a very disenfranchised people both within Wastern Sahara and living in Spain where they tend to live in their own communities, like the Gypsies.
Nordic people were also encouraged to immigrate to Italy, to whiten the population, after the Moorish rule.
